#LINE webhook always returns 404 - route not registering

Hi, I'm trying to set up the LINE channel plugin on OpenClaw v2026.3.13 (WSL2). The plugin loads fine and I see starting LINE provider in the logs, but the webhook route /line/webhook always returns 404. No line: registered webhook handler log appears. Any ideas?
