In the browser Control UI / WebChat you change them like this:

Change model (per session)

In the chat input, send a standalone message:

  • /model → opens the model picker / shows your allowed list
  • /model <name> → picks one from your configured/allowed models

This sets a session override (so it sticks for that session). Docs: https://docs.openclaw.ai/tools/slash-commands

Change agent (which “brain” you’re talking to)

WebChat routes by the session key. In the Control UI, edit the Session key field (Overview tab or Chat tab) to include the agent prefix:

  • agent:<agentId>:<sessionKey>

Example:
