#What? Each agent has their own memory

I've just rearchitected my discord server where I'm now using 3 bots with individual persnalities/souls and models, but each writing to and using the same shared memory file. (cc. @surreal cape )

That way I have an expensive brain/architect/builder, a cheap 'concierge', and a free admin/security controller, and only pay once for token transactions, but get shared knowledge among 'the team'

I will point out that if you are using the same files to store memory, that files are not automatically locked, and so it's possible that one could overwrite the memory of the others...but if it's just using editing tools to alter the files, it won't be as likely.

yeah... I guess I haven't factored in potential conflicts from simultaneous activity.
and although I could easily jump to 'individual memory files' + a 'team memory' one... it won't address the risk of simultaneous file edits.

Grateful for any suggestions

FWIW the primary work coordination is achieved through automation and signalling using a COTS Businessmap kanban board, and notices on a ledger
