The agent is reporting that the system is completely frozen. Every command is timing out. It can’t run anything until it recovers. Every time I send a message it seems to cost a lot of money just to send me back a response.
I submitted a ticket before but it's no longer being answered. It said to perform 8 steps in the terminal, which i did, but I don't know how I'm supposed to copy and paste everything here because there is a character limit. And i also cant upload it as a file.
