#Subagents can't send Telegram messages since upgrading OpenClaw

I upgraded to the latest version of OpenClaw (2026.2.21-2). Since then, my cron jobs running tasks at specific intervals have been failing.
It seems just subagents can't access Telegram. The main bot can and I can still converse with it. But asking it to run any cron job that PREVIOUSLY worked, results in no Telegram message.
OpenClaw has tried to fix the issue itself but failed.
Has anyone else experienced this issue with the new version? If so, did you solve it? If so, how?
