#LLM request rejected: messages.243: tool_use ids were found without tool_result blocks

Hello!

I have been getting this error since yesterday:

LLM request rejected: messages.243: tool_use ids were found without tool_result blocks immediately after: exec_1770903945401_23. Each tool_use block must have a corresponding tool_result block in the next message.

This is whether I interact with OpenClaw via Slack, Whatsapp, or Telegram. Since this error started, some of the cron jobs worked correctly, but it looks like every time I try to interact with it, I get that error.

I am running OpenClaw on a VPS on AWS to which I have remote desktop access.
