Anyone found a solution for the memory saga? .md and compaction is no good for me. I’m at a stage where to fix properly I have to soft fork. Thinking that’s a good route because there’s gigabytes of code and plug options now I simply don’t need or use. We need a proper workshop day in Brissy just to chat through how people are using OpenClaw and how it fits into ai more generally, and use cases….

Nice Tycoon! What you working on / interested in for OpenClaw? I’m pretty much using it to talk to my computer. Throwing odd ideas, cleanup jobs or little code fixes its way. Or a quick debug if I see something has crashed. Have it running crons to manage my notes, data, history. Sometimes mini research jobs. Basic search etc. you mate?

Was an interesting event, they guy asked "who gives claude access to you secrets or .env file?" and nobody raised their hand 😄 how to give openclaw secrets was the first thing I learned to do and I even have then fix each other with IP and root password

Hahahaahaha! Dude... I'm the same. Actually playing with that right now! lol. My only qualifier is that I get the ai to run a CLI/terminal call so it presses buttons for the env passwords to get pushed off.... Rather than it reading the env every time and sending it to Anthropic down the API. But it aint fool proof! Got to take a punt, especially this early.
