i have jaeger, graphana and prometheus up and running as they should, but after a ton of troubleshooting. it lokoks like the issue is within openclaw; the configuration is setup and enabled. however events don't seem to fire and publish.

so i've rules out all the silly stuff downstream, don't seem to be able to get OC to actually publish OTLP.

i found this: https://github.com/openclaw/openclaw/pull/11100 which looks like this is super unfirm ground ATM.

then also saw this:
https://github.com/henrikrexed/openclaw-observability-plugin

which looks possibly like a better choice right now?

interested if anyone else has gotten to the grass yet.
