How to fix this?
Tried initially installing clawdbot through powershell with the "iwr -useb https://openclaw.ai/install.ps1 | iex" command

You would be better served to setup a Ubuntu VM or using WSL to install Ubuntu and set it up like that. Windows installs are very...testy from what I have seen. Sorry I don't have more useful info but you could get it up and running a lot faster with Linux or even grabbing an old spare Apple device.
