Can someone help me please, I set it up on my windows computer and this is my second time. I linked my WhatsApp so not sure if that’s the problem but I got to the Clawd interface and when I text someone it doesn’t respond. Not sure why, I restarted the process and got to this same error. Does it have to do with the WhatsApp? Do I need to text it through whatpp?

@tall light I had that same problem! its a Config issue in your JSON, That happend to me when i incorrectly tried to add another Agent.

Or your out of Tokens, Models like Gemini/Deepseek will just stop responding all together like that.

I use Open Ai API key and have tokens so the problem is probably with the JSON. Is it something I can fix within OpenClaw dashboard or need to restart it and try to reconfigure it on PowerShell

Update: tried reconfiguring it, it seems like my API is fine but Claw is trying to use Claud and Chatgbt. It needs to be only using Chatgbt with my OpenAi API Key.

I’m going back and forth troubleshooting with CHAT Gpt and it is now making me delete OpenClaw after trying many ways to resolve the problem above

Also the problem changed to not saying “assistant” to Claw just loading for a response and the … never stops loading

Update: trying to change the “Config” Chatgbt says this is the last step but I keep getting “Config Hash Missing; Reload and Retry” and nothing seems to work

Update: was able to get the gateway correct but now the browser is the one acting up
