Looks very cleanly implemented. I'll surely go through the PR later today.
Just a question - do the messages which are not handled by LLM still land in the message history jsonl file?

@rnijhara Yes—every inbound Discord message still lands in the history JSONL before the engagement check runs, so even the ones we ignore for the LLM stay logged.

yes there is also debounce and chat history so even if the clawd is on hold by message spam, it can still reply and see previous messages
