Goal + Expected Behaviour:
When replying to a WhatsApp contact on behalf of the user, messages should only contain content intended for that contact. Internal updates and status reports intended for the user should be delivered to the user's primary channel (e.g. Telegram), tli and not to the WhatsApp contact.
What Happened Instead:
Messages intended for the user were sent to the contact as well as the user when replying to the contact.
