@dusky hazel @tiny cargo I think some changes to prompts yesterday have introduced a regression in functionality. This is anecdotal based on feel, but my bot isn't doing the things has has been for the past few days.

#

example - have a morning summary concept that has been working, didn't come in this morning

#

also my bot is supposed to process a Todoist list every hour on cron, indead it gave me an emoji sunrise πŸ˜†

So I only found the issue where system prompt was being duplicated. I didn't PR a change, Peter made a change. I tested and system prompt is no longer duplicated, and it looks like everything is there

#

I'm running late yesterday main, no local commits

#

I'm wondering if it is the char limit on some of the files, or something else

#

jeez... so many commits, hard to find, I'm going to have to use codex to find commits that touched prompts

My changes shouldn’t have any impact unless you enable it in settings.

#

I haven’t set up any cron jobs atm but I have the opposite experience that running a commit from this morning, right now things seem to work a lot better.

#

Opus usage seems more tenable now

it does... but at what cost πŸ˜†

#

(cost of function, not πŸ’° )

#

this will take a while...

My token usage has had a significant improvement for what it's worth!
