a hero similar to tech jacket could be named “the technician”with its attack being a short laser beam that lasts for 1 second. but at level 5 you can use shoulder mounted lasers combined with the normal lasers to make a huge laser that lasts for 5 seconds doing around 100 damage but then increases every second it’s used up to 500 damage. but this would severely slow you down after the attack for 5 seconds.

perhaps there could also be a type of movement boost called the jetpack which makes you boost forward for 2 seconds
