honestly I liked it better when it cast cleansing breeze/rally as you land from a charge, felt more controllable for team heals

i think it is start to finish? just for urself its instant
it makes a sound whenever u heal someone and ive heard it before while gliding past someone iirc
but i agree im all for more glory to supportive major ids and i wish rally was a bit more easy to use, not sure how i would exactly change it tho
(also maybe hot take but itd be pretty based if infernal impulse didnt have -heff anymore,,)
