Change mana/xp/stat potions to a lower level inside the early game loot chests or remove them

It doesn't make sense to get them at the starting areas (like Ragni, Detlas, etc.), when they require 20+ (mp), 35+ (stat) and 65+ (xp) combat level.
The mana potion can be replaced with the weaker version. (which was lv7 iirc)
