I've finally logged back in after a couple of years and it says my password needs resetting and I cnat due to it's not linked to an email and not letting me log in a all is there a chance you can help

You need to try and recover the email address if you have any hope of getting the Vortex account back.
There's only two ways to prove ownership:

Discord account link (which you didn't do)
Email address access

#

Without either of those, you can't prove it's your account and nothing can be done.
