I think a cool idea would be if someone is number 1, 2, or 3 in a country they should get some kind of bonus? even if thats just something as simple as a discord role I think it'd be pretty cool (idk if this already exists but I don't think it does)

you can easly change country with VPN, so it is simple for user with 10 alts to hoard rewards from small countries
