Bus leaves in fifteen minutes so couldn't bother with cabs for too long. My threats of being allowed to call the police if a cab doesn't use the meter (which is required by law here) didn't make much of an impression anyway... but then when you say you had paid 50 last time you still get the price down from 100 to 50, which is still too much but in my hostel they said this is the absolute maximum so I’ll just settle for this
