The ground continues to erode
It’s all breaking apart
Soon we’ll have to migrate
and the humans will continue
to drill a hole into it.
Our heads spiral into a tower
Memories are split into far and few
Even non-existent into a nightosphere.
Books are becoming lesser and lesser now
Look at what’s written on page 7
Did you ever cherish the moments?
Did you hold them close?
What about page 2?
There’s a spinning vortex in me
There is a hole, somewhere.
Before you just slip and let go from the past
and all those warm fuzzy feelings disappear.
