First ever format (2021-2022)
Friday: FP1, sprint race qualifying (Q1=18 minutes, Q2=15 minutes, Q3=12 minutes) (results decide sprint race starting grid)
Saturday: FP2, sprint race (results decide gp starting grid)
Sunday: grand prix
Second ever format (2023)
Friday: FP1, gp qualifying (Q1=18 minutes, Q2=15 minutes, Q3=12 minutes) (results decide gp starting grid)
Saturday: sprint race qualifying (SQ1=12 minutes, SQ2=10 minutes, SQ3=8 minutes) (results decide sprint race starting grid), sprint race
Sunday: grand prix
Current format (2024-)
Friday: FP1, sprint race qualifying (SQ1=12 minutes, SQ2=10 minutes, SQ3= 8 minutes) (results decide sprint race starting grid)
Saturday: sprint race, gp qualifying (Q1=18 minutes, Q2=15 minutes, Q3=12 minutes) (results decide gp starting grid)
Sunday: grand prix
Rules about sprint race only never changed:
100 kilometers, no mandatory pit stops.

Imo the current one is the best, followed by the 2023 one. The first one was the worst.
My Ranking is in reverse because at least for the initial format there was a point to their existence
