In terms of performance, no. If we remove turbos and hybrids but enlarge the engine and reinstate KERS, the cars will perform similarly to how they do now.

(I still want my crude sounding downshifts so if F1 goes back to V10s they need to bring back blown diffusers)

Reminder that the v10 era cars had more raw speed so maybe more exciting 🧐 also I like anything that gets rid of the hybrid

What's wrong with hybrids?

I think they are essential nowadays until the fuels are fully sustainable, and if it's axed then it should be replaced with KERS
