See there are different jobs that you can get in an F1 team or the FIA. Yes, it will take you time to grow in it and the salary may also be less at first but grows as you go on another perk to working in F1 is that you get to meet drivers and get paid to see them in a way if you visit. but in the end, it's up to you as all jobs and businesses have their up's and down's.

i'm planning to do finance and ive seen this company called 'Workday' advertise jobs in finance. So my plan for now is to go to uni and get an ACCA qualification and maybe someday apply for that
