Heat had so much potential and it only had two notable updates. Black Market Aston and Mclaren (latter had to pay for). And crossplay.

They proceeded to leave the game alone and all potential was gone

#

Its story was great but once completed there was nothing interesting in the game. And you cant replay the story either.
