Did he die early? I know he is rightfully highly praised. I thought of him more on the level of Prost, Vettel, Alonso. One step below the GOAT debate

He basically won every race he finished. In my opinion you're right, he was taken too soon for us to have any good objective view on him, but he's definitely up there. While verstappen will probably break it by the end of the year he still holds the record for most grand slams
