What country will it take place in? The Bahamas? The Dominican Republic?

Definitely not Haiti or Cuba.

Will take place in Barranquilla, Colombia. And they give it the name of Caribbean because the city is "near" of El Caribe. Reminds me of the Pacific GP years ago
