Well I think RB will stay at least 10 more years after Max's contract end, 2040 maybe and depends on the results, if they turn into one of the midfield teams I don't think they want to stay in the F1 anymore

I don't think Newey leaving will be that much of an effect, I'm sure red bull will have planned for that occasion
