Mick has had 2 years in F1, had a shit car in 2021 and to an extent a shit first season, then in 2022, despite having 2 massive crashes, he showed his skill and currently, whenever he's in a good situation, he gets screwed over by his team but still gets blamed
Nico on the other hand, had like 9 years in F1 and didn't score a podium
Sure he got unlucky but to get unlucky for 9 whole years?
He's also much older than Mick and won't improve at the rate Mick can

Mick. I hate seeing people say that he has under performed and should be dropped. I know he hasn't been at his best most races, but it's practically his first year in a actual race car. The 2021 Haas made Williams look half decent, and I don't think that season should count for Mick's performance. Also this year, the newer driver is being compared to a teammate that is seasoned with Haas, so of course Mick match up to Kmag.
As for Hulkenburg, he wont help Haas grow at all. No matter which mid fielder Nico has been in, he has only a few good results.
