imo 2 things need to be done

  1. increase the engine allocation ESPECIALLY for 2023 with 24 races and 6 sprints
  2. change the penalty system! you cant just take like a new ICE, and a new MGU-K and be sent to the back of the grid and because you already are in the back why wouldnt you take a new everything else
