@dusky jacinth When that happens its because you upset the car while turning for an apex, so my advice is turn down the engine brake to reduce it overall, make sure you are fully off the throttle when you downshift, dab the brakes when you downshift that final time, or straighten the wheel a bit when you do the final downshift, and it may help.
Also try braking slightly earlier or turning later.

Well then the other advice should still apply. Always downshift like they do irl, specifically for each corner at each circuit.
Theres a pattern to every corners downshifting.
Basically each downshift will obviously help to slow the car down, watch lots of onboards at the track you're at. Something which separates good drivers from great drivers, is for example, as simple as the way you downshift. Its not, brake and go into 2nd for this corner, its brake and immediately down to 7th gear, slight pause, down to 4th gear, slight pause, down to 3rd gear then right before you clip the apex, 2nd gear for example.

when I switched to a wheel I never played manual on a controller, so it took me even longer to adjust to the wheel
