@vast seal drag racing is what got me into racing as a kid. Watching them rip down the whole motor and rebulid in the pits just inches away after every run was incredible. Also, if you watch the hue of the exhaust flames you can get an idea of the operating conditions of the motor. Tells you immediately if a cylinder is out when it starts spraying fuel straight out as well...

Was he struggling to stay in shape for the races? I just don't know what reason other than that these drugs would be beneficial to a driver. I could maybe see trying to dope with illegal stimulants to improve alertness and handle longer hours awake during long races, but these two drugs wouldn't help with that much...

I read that part, it just doesn't really provide an answer. Especially if the doctor prescribed the anastrozole - a breast cancer drug. I could maybe see a doping trainer adding that along with drostanolone to reduce the estrogen production associated with anabolic steroids. But for them to have come from different sources is sketchy at best for me
