You can get Blood Globule in the Blood Mushroom Bog biome (Undergrown)
You can get Host Residue from the Gemhost (spawns in Crystal Caverns)
You can get Occult Fabric from Conjurling (spawns in the same dungeon as the StyGian Blood)
I'm not sure where you can get Fragilebone, so you can replace it with another spike
