Would be neat to get a gateway drop from the main progression mobs as well. For example an iron gateway that drops from the Iron Colossus. However I'm not sure if that idea would fit into the pack as well as the other things I listed.

searched if someone recommended this but there's also one version that prominenece 2 uses where "mythic spawners" spawns the various bosses in the modpack with scaling power and difficulty my friends and I had a lot of fun grinding to the higher mythic levels after we finished the main quest.

with the sheer number of bosses this pack has that could be super fun we even made a colleseum

Theres also an addon mod I found before that can make gateways spawn randomly. This could be an interesting fun thing. Especially if there are custom gateways added to its pool

we got to like mythic 30 i think before the bosses became like a 3 man minimum at the max power level offered by the modpack

Prom one is a fabric mod though. And I'm not 100% but it may be custom?

Gateways are timed for rounds. And once a round ends the next wave spawns even if you weren't done. But there is also an overall timer that when it ends it stops the challenge

You can also add limitations like mobs have to die from players only. Or how far a mob can be from the gate before it auto fails. So you cant just knock back super far

This should be in 6.0 imo. It would fit with the theme of the pack in getting as overpowered as you can and testing that power.
