I configured the correct owner I'd in env
Whenever I run &np &np add
There is no response from bot ... Not even any error in console.

The owner id for accessing np cmds are separately in config/utils.py , change there and restart server config.utils fill it there

I used this code I had the same problem, I just inserted my id straightaway in config.py insted of .env
