How can you do that there is a dropdown button in the modal and you can choose things? Don’t you know how to explain it?

When you open a specific ticket (for example: high team ticket), a modal opens if I want it to, and at the top of the modal there's a button in dropdown style. When I click on it, the dropdown opens and it shows conflicts or questions that I can also write in there, and I need that if possible.
