The job ban was issued because, as an Intel Officer, you left for the colony before the 30-minute grace period that allows ground forces to enter the colony.
During what was initially considered acceptable IO roleplay, your actions escalated into metagaming behavior. This included collecting intelligence objectives, wandering the colony without clear IC direction until locating the CLF hideout, and then using the CLF console to purchase an earpiece and access CLF communications.
