Do you understand the level of roleplay expected from HRP WL roles?: Yes
Which job are you most interested in? Why is it considered an HRP WL role and what do you believe is expected of you while playing it?: Synthetic, synths are an HRP role because they can have an outsized influence on round progression, because they risk stepping on the toes of other roles due to their skill list, and because they can feel unfair to play against which can lead to poor experience for players if the synth is powergaming. I expect synths to be helpful but lack initiative, and to prioritize de-escalation when possible.
What is CMU’s golden roleplay rule? (found in the rules page, highlighted in green). What does it mean?: Winning is never more important than roleplay or the story being created. I believe this means that your expectation as a player should always be to curate interesting events, for example, if someone were to hold you at gunpoint, you should play along, even if you know that drawing and wielding your weapon would kill them faster than they could kill you, because your character would not want to get shot, and because letting the scenario play out allows more people to engage with unique events.
What do you enjoy most about CMU and what do you think could be improved?: I enjoy digging sandbags. More seriously, I think listening to colonists' woes while mending their bones as a doctor is a lot of fun. I think what could be improved is more map selection, three maps gets somewhat old. Also I don't like water features on maps at all.

How many hours do you have on relevant servers (CMU [AU14/UA14 included], CM13, CM13 PvE, RMC, or similar SS14 servers)?: 180hrs on CMU, 2-3 on CM13, 0 on CM13 PvE, 600+ on RMC but I can't be fucked to screenshot it.
