hello there i have problem with alerts on Trovo since november that i went there as main platform , with multygiftsubs i cant use one alert for 5 subs or 10 or 20 and etc it just spamming the "alert for someone subscribe for every sub " , problem with renews and when someone is gifting not showing on the feedback how many gifts he did , also when the renew sub they dont get counted on subgoal

Yep, once accounts are linked you can duplicate alerts from one to the other, but not everything is fully compatible - different platforms 🙂

There is no easy way to unlink 2 owner-type accounts from each other. The only way is to make a closure request from here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/account/security

WARNING: In submitting a closure request, all linked channels within the account will be deleted and you will lose all associated data. This includes overlays, custom commands, timers and past data (tips, subs, etc). You can still reconnect with the deleted account, but you are essentially starting fresh.

Go to "my overlays", find the overlay you need, click on the 3 dots below the name and select "Duplicate". This gives you an option where to duplicate it - so you can select the linked channel and duplicate.

Since you're not using SE.Live, there isn't full integration for Trovo feed. If you do use SE.Live, you can have all the tools needed. Custom Docks will be a quick solution to it, but without the full integration, you'll lose out on a lot of quality of life tools

Overlays are designed for the platform you were logged in within when creating it. Anything that doesn't require platform/commands data will work regardless.

Twitch doesn't force you to do that. I have asked multiple times in their Discord, and have submitted an official request in their canny.

I've switched to trovo from Twitch in OBS settings ("stream") just to try it... and now I can't get back to Twitch. Even though I select Service to Twitch, whet I push "Start streaming" button, OBS giving me a Trovo starting stream window. ( and if I accept this window, stream goes to nowhere).
So now I have no way to stream to Twitch, only to Trovo.

The overlay transfer in that case is not 100% working as intended, this is a bug. Alertbox will not be moved over with the files and settings as expected. Currently there is no fix, so the workaround is to manually re-create the alertbox on the target platform.

No, it's Stream Elements variables not working.

For some reason, none of the variables are working right now for Stream Elements. So you would need to manually change "${channel}" in all the commands to your channel's username to fix the problem.

I believe they are aware of the issue, but the above is the easiest way to fix it.

The Trovo Chat when you dock it in OBS has no switches to say you are logged in and so OBS' Browser Systems needs to register the login within OBS so its not a bug

I’m very excited about the alerts maintenance, I’ve been struggling with alerts since day1 using StreamElements. I get the sound alerts but text on my overlay with “latest raid” and “new followers(3 last names) doesn’t update at all. Sometimes it works for the first max 3 minutes and then it’s just still. More than likely your accounts need to be merged! - Please note:

• Merging accounts only allow faster ways to switch between accounts
• Merging accounts does not allow data sharing between accounts - different streaming platforms, different type of events
• Merging accounts allows duplicating/sharing overlays between the accounts

Unfortunately every 30 days our authorization expires to Trovo’s API. While we’ve reported this issue to their team 3 months ago, the issue is still not fixed. I would expect to continue seeing outages every 30 days until they fix this behavior.```

Any news on when subs over 2 months are going to work with StreamElements?

I haven't streamed for 6 months, just got back yesterday and every sub over 2 months does not trigger anything. They don't even show up on the Activity Feed.

Is true at the moment. They’re having a number of other priority fixes that need to be handled. I don’t believe the Trovo bot disconnecting issues might not be separate from other bugs they’re seeing so the bot might fix itself when they get the other fix done. The response issues are going to take a little more time as they’re gonna be part of the API code. Patience is key, and believe that I pester them about persistent bugs.
