For the import tool you need to have their dashboard open on another tab, logged into it and have it clicked on(meaning you are looking at it) -> then try the tool

Well if you are offline in our dashboard, you won't receive the stream report at the end, but other than that the overlays and alert widget are non-stop active and play alerts.

As long as the privacy setting of people are not set to something extreme and hidden beyond seeing their names in chat

Please understand that every setup, will be very different.
Any guides or videos that claim otherwise are misinforming. Your best option is to start with a base and adjust as necessary.
Test, test, and test again. We are happy to offer suggestions for any issues you may be having, but not a list of settings.

I’m experiencing a similar thing. The events in obs live aren’t syncing with Facebook at all. I tried to log out, restart etc. It won’t show recent likes, follows, shares or the chat. Just stays blank and tells me to connect to twitch

Note: After installing fonts, the browser and OBS must be restarted for the font to appear.

What I do as a FB Streamer is keep the FB Streamer Dashboard up so I can see viewer counts there. I am not sure where to ask this but I use my twitch account to login and I linked my accounts through there.. Now my Facebook account I have linked is no longer valid as I changed the name.. But I didn't link the new one instead I signed in under Facebook by mystake I was not even thinking.. Is there a way for me to unlink the old one as it's not even valid anymore and link my new one? I tried to do the close my account on the Facebook one that I signed into but it still says account is claimed when I try to link it on my twitch login (trying to have them all under one account) I'm not sure if this even makes sense of what my problem is

But, I’m having a problem with my alert audio not playing on stream. When I test it in SE everything sounds fine and plays through OBS, but when I stream, there is no audio. Hey, I'm new here and just had a quick question. I just started using Streamelements for the hypeboss feature on Facebook, and its been going great. One problem I have noticed is that when someone shares the stream multiple times, it only registers as one or two shares, instead of the actual amount it was. Is this a bug that is already known, and if so, anytime timeline on a possible fix for it?

There are 2 factors:

• the privacy settings on where they are sharing your stream - if its multiple groups and their privacy settings are set in a way to block activity feed updates, we won't see those(especially private groups)
• We have a way to not show the same event multiple times(like if someone follows, unfollows, follows, liked, removes the like and likes again and most likely sharing as well is added to the list)

I had a weird problem last night after my stream (about 20 hours ago) where I had to reset my Facebook password. That may have been it, but I'm still able to login to my streamelements dashboard just fine and everything. Any ideas whats up?

Regarding the issue, if it's on the site, it sounds like you're using Edge. Use Chrome instead.

Getting "already claimed" with a channel you're trying to add means you've already logged in with it individually and it has its own account.

• Game server lag
• Game lag
• Game character movement lag
• Game Character shooting response lag
• Mouse is lagging
• Keyboard typing is lagging
• Video playing from YT is lagging(you are trying to show the video)
• OBS preview is stuttering/lagging
• etc etc etc

Please be more specific on what you mean by "stream without lag"

If the file is stored in OneDrive/Google Drive/Box/DropBox which have "selective sync", the browser can't actually load the file correctly via drag & drop, so you have to physically select it via File Explorer

You should only have to log out/log in using the StreamElements menu item if you generate a profile for each platform you use (e.g. Twitch Profile // Mixer profile // Facebook profile) under the Profiles menu

I utilize profiles to store my stream authentication settings so I don't have to worry about a stream key

then I simply switch my scene collection to the scenes for that platform, sign out of StreamElements and sign back in with the platform I'm using
