Hey Guys, i got an issue with the Alertbox and/or OBS-Live. I setup the Alertbox to show an alert when the host has 0 viewers. Host Alert Minimum Amount 0 and a Variation with "do this, when viewer is exact 0" // It all works fine in the Editor! But when i am live and get a 0 viewer Host it is written in the Chat but no alert triggers...

Do you have any Idea, what i did wrong?

@fiery escarp Due to changes to Twitch API, we have filtered out hosts and will only show these ones on your activity feed:

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
  Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.

oh hi, I have recently acquired an Elgato Stream Deck and am attempting to control OBS.Live. I installed the StreamElements OBS.Live action list in Stream Deck and have checked for the latest OBS.Live and checked the Elgato Remote Plugin under tools but I am getting an error in the Elgato Stream Deck software saying to "Please start StreamElements OBS.Live to use this action." The Stream Deck Actions for OBS work fine. Ideas?

4. start OBS.Live

I received two Twitch Prime subs on Sunday night but OBS didn't register it. Twitch dashboard confirms their subs were processed but I can't find them showing up anywhere on my SE dashboard, activity history, etc. Do I need to change a setting?

@junior sail Twitch prime (new and resub) and paid subscriptions (resub only) must be shared in chat manually by the person subscribing in order for the subscription information to be sent to StreamElements. For twitch prime, the user needs to have sharing enabled on https://www.twitch.tv/settings/prime. it can very well be that this device needs a delay since the picture shown in OBS wont be instantly

I have a old 720P Capture device where I had to delay my Facecam and Audio sources to 2200ms

sometimes 2500ms till everything was in sync

the best thing you can do is to delay your Facecam and mic to something 2000ms and capture the Game and your facecam with the audio and go into a Menu in the game and see if it syncs by going Up/down in the game and also make a visual indicator on your facecamm that you move the hand Up/down.
then see if it is synched in the recording

if not den you need to delay more and play around til lyou found the exact length to sync it right

Guys, I just started a stream and quickly noticed that only my mic audio is coming through on the stream, no game volume. I know for a fact that it was working fine in the previous stream. The only thing that changed in between these two streams was that I just SLIGHTLY turned down my desktop audio so as to make my voice easier to hear. But now I have no game volume coming through, even after I put the desktop volume back to 100%. Any ideas what is going on?

that can all be done in 1 overlay with the alertbox widget

ps tried slobs, it steals 5% more CPU than OBS.live, OBS i am at 2.4 CPU, and 10-18% CPU usage when streaming, SLOBS i do get 40-100% CPU usage exact same browsers and all as i use with OBS.Live xD

I believe the only way to avoid the image resizing as well would be to enable custom CSS so that you can specify dimensions of certain elements within the alert box, in this case the image

@fossil yacht Due to changes to Twitch API, we have filtered out hosts and will only show these ones on your activity feed:

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
  Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.

another quick question if you dont mind? ive installed some new fonts to use on my over lay on starting screen? but when i goto overlays in stream elements and click edit and goto text then font the new ones ive installed dont seem to appear in the font list

Custom Fonts

Steps:

1. Install the font on the streaming PC or choose a pre-installed windows font.
2. In the overlay widget settings, select Text Settings
3. Enable Custom Font
4. Type the name of the font as it appears in the windows font directory (This is usually C:\Windows\Fonts)

Note: After installing fonts, the browser and OBS must be restarted for the font to appear.
