Offline isn't really applicable for YouTube because the bot won't be in your channel when you're not live.

It's just a holdover from Twitch's settings.

You can send in an email to StreamElements yes, but you will get no further reply other than: "we don't discuss actions taken; you can provide more proof but you won't receive a reply."
So they will look at it but not reply to you about it after sending the email.

You need to show proof of violating the TOS in the email

WARNING: In submitting a closure request, all linked channels within the account will be deleted and you will lose all associated data. This includes overlays, custom commands, timers and past data (tips, subs, etc). You can still reconnect with the deleted account, but you are essentially starting fresh.

Hi, ive got a problem. i did 1000 Subscribers today but streamelements only realize about 50?! it is missing many of them. Another problem is the Membergoal. The Alert shows not the number of members, it shows the duration of the newest member. If someone join, the Subgoal jumps from 150/170 to 3(duration of the member ) / 170. Is it possible to fix it ?

Ah this is different. We have multiple payment methods and those depend on the setup.

For credit cards we would need SE.Pay or Donationalerts enabled in the tipping settings. Paypal can offer credit card payments in specific cases, usually it is combined with a Paypal account.

Someone gave me idea by saying "only email alerts working realtime" so I made my own sub alerts by using gmail api, so maybe someone from devs will implement it more deeply than I made it.

1. Make sure your stream is public. The bot cannot join a private/unlisted stream.
2. Your stream must be live for the bot to join the chat.

I can only see the 2 most recent that were timed out. One used a bunch of periods and one used a bunch of emotes. Would it auto time out for spam or something because of that? No banned words or anything like that were used

hey im a fellow on-looker. I just check this daily to see if there's any news. This is a known issue on youtube's side i believe. Something with the API when I last checked.... Beyond this issue, I think the problem is also that YouTube purposefully intends not to notify people of subscribers before a 4 hour delay too.

@cold geyser Since Youtube does not provide an offline player that supports chatbots, we can't work on it offline and actually test it. Having a separate YT channel where you run a test stream and work on it might be a solution.

And you need to provide us the specific commands that you wish for, so we can help with those.

Yes, both are acting up based on changes with YT API, but if you scroll up, you will see SL is actually syncing with YT, while SE is missing tons of activity that SL shows.

Go to your Twitch page in settings disconnect “Streamlabs” from connections, then open up Streamlabs website & login again.... boom, fixed! After that all new alerts will resume working again (the previously missed ones won’t populate tho).

A code for self promoting in Nightbot, I used Subscribe to ​$(user) Channel youtube.com/channel/$(userid) so that anyone that comes into chat is able to get their channel promoted. I thought I could use the same in SE but it doesn't hight the user or the userID. This is what it looks like in chat: ​Subscribe to ​$(user) Channel youtube.com/channel/$(userid)

• Merging accounts does not allow data sharing between accounts - different streaming platforms, different type of events

If you understand the limitations of merging and want to proceed, please find the JWT tokens (!jwt) from both accounts you want to merge and you will be directed to DM them to a staff member

Well, I'm not even staff here, but even if I was, no, I wouldn't be able to. This is an issue with YouTube and them changing their API so sub notifications and alerts are no longer instant. They take 4 or more hours because of a change YouTube made on its own end.

I'm still creating and streaming, personally. There's no telling if YouTube will ever change it back to instant alerts, unfortunately. That ain't gonna stop me from streaming and entertaining folks. From what I've seen in my streams, most of my new subs don't mind it too much. They may ask occasionally why there was no alert, but I explain it and they understand. They can't blame us as streamers for it. It's on YouTube to fix that one.

• from the Dashboard > Activity feed on the left > Widget data on the right > Goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal

Note: Goal widgets (progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you lose followers/subs.

You need to go back to the regular livestreaming

which is in the "Stream" tab
