well thats the thing though, we can only protect you from chargebacks via SE.Pay. In your case, we unfortunately will not be able to protect you due to the fact that its PayPal handling all your transactions. All we're doing is providing you with a tipping page and link and with the alerts, if that makes sense

Consoles do not have native support for overlays. You would need a capture card, PS4 remote play or Xbox companion app and a PC with OBS in order to have overlays over your console gameplay.

The rename command is the only way to move things to your new name. It's possible the streamer has that command turned off.

WARNING: In submitting a closure request, all linked channels within the account will be deleted and you will lose all associated data. If you changed your name on Twitch, please follow these steps:

1. Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again by connecting with Twitch.
2. On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select Join under bot settings. If it says Part select that and then select Join to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
3. Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

Currently there is not really a good way to do this. If you trust the person, you can add them as an editor to your stream https://streamelements.com/dashboard/account/channels and they can copy the overlay to their stream that way.

i'm so happy streamelements exists. i just did some work for a client, first ever client who used stream(insert the rest here) instead of streamlabs and what a nightmare that was to work with

things are locked down over there. simple things. like decimal points when it comes to sizing and positioning, and you can't use certain font sizes like 15pt font size for example 😂

and it's a whole american ninja obstacle course to set something up like a marquee follower list that'll scroll across a bar

i was running it on "unsupported hardware" and getting 2.8gbps downloads but paying for 1.5gbps

I couldn’t find a fix, so hopefully someone here knows a fix

Imagine that channel like Tesco. People are always coming in and out.

So repeated unread indicators isn't surprising.

I don't have that in any other servers though, which is why it is confusing. And people join regularly.

hi everyone...been a long time, took a break. I was wondering, I used to use player.me for free overlays that I'd create myself. It appears they're no longer there? Or at least all my scenes in OBS are saying connection timed out with overlay.player.me

so if I want to do a sub giveaway, can anyone recommend a tool for doing it? There's got to be sometrhing that looks at all my current active subs and lets me randomly select one. I'd like it if I could weight it or add "entries" for additional gift subs or whatever

I have a problem with the awesome shoutout widget every animation is not working like bounce ect at all when I test out the shoutout overlay it's only popping up the text and not doing any animation
