I would focus on intel 10th with 5ghz and use x264 encoder, as ryzens are more recommended for multitasking aka streaming and gaming on the same pc, also the intels has apu in most of them.

u can either use NVI or Linkers like elgato to send the image from the mainPC to the StreamingPC

Opera GX and the new Microsoft Edge Chromium might work closest to Chrome as its also Chromium built. Firefox also works, but some things might look a bit different or not work. We do not recommend using Internet Explorer with our Dashboard as it does not support functions.
If the website doesn’t work on chrome, be sure none of your plugins is blocking our website or clear your cookies. You can try if the website works in an incognito tab.
