There is a way to tie bot commands into sources to activate them, which is probably what that is, and there's a bunch of code to make it do animations and such as well. The people for that kind of thing are in #dev-chat because they're the smart widget people.

Ok, can you explain the backend of stream elements. Because I still see my comments feed in the stream elements OBS overlay, and I still hear and see my streamlabs likes:/follows/etc on stream, just nothing in the activity feed.

Correct. You see those things because you are using a streamlabs alert box with the streamlabs bot, but because you’re not using the streamelements bot, no activity is showing in your activity feed inside obs

So to get an activity feed compatible with my current streamlabs alerts I would need to uninstall streamelements and find one that works with streamlabs, correct?

I will state that streamlabs does use more resources than streamelements due to the nature of how their widgets work.

Obs will always be the best app for streaming

Alerts and whatnot is personal preference. Personally I prefer free stuff

Streamlabs tends to paywall a lot of features

Ok, I downloaded streamlabs desktop, the alerts work but I can’t see anything in the chat box (exact opposite of what was the issue with streamlabs). I would like to uninstall streamlabs and use streamelements. I like the overlay better and it doesn’t make me use a completely different app than OBS to view everything.

If a viewer tipped through PayPal but no information appears in your StreamElements account, this generally means PayPal has held the tip for verification.
Until PayPal clears the tip and sends back a confirmation to your StreamElements account, no information will appear there and no alert will play, as that confirmation is the only way for us to be aware of a successful transaction.
There is a posibility that the tip may have been sent as an eCheque/eCheck - these tips can take from 7 up to 21+ days to show up on our side. Tippers can usually cancel these.
If you believe there may be an issue with the transaction, you'll need to contact PayPal support as StreamElements is only a passthrough service and never actually gets involved with the transaction or touches the money

basically im looking for spooky/horror themed overlay of some sort that is SE compatible for next month as its october, and im a fan of horror content. so something consisting of any of the following: zombies, blood drops/dripping, skeletons, pumpkins, scary noises etc. im currently using the blue moonstone overlay and i think theres an orange equivalent so i may use that if i cant find anything else.

have a 3,0 viewer average( 3 people would need to watch your stream from start to finish every stream. so if you did 7 streams each 4 hours long. and 3 people stayed top watch from start to finish that would be 3.0 concurrent viewers)

in my case, i have 5 scenes, a starting soon, live scene, brb/afk scene, giveaways scene for lachhhtools, and a stream end scene.
sometimes i have a temporary scene for one of my game contents as well

i believe you can keybind them to shortcuts asw ell for easy shifting but i dont personally have mine mapped

i always add myu own auddio capture device to the scenes like lve and intermission. also make yourself a hotkey/keybind to tggle mic mute. any streamer would say thats a life saver when life happens.

Next issue. Thought it was a configuration setting on my computer, but found out today that at least 10 others (Streamers) in my stream have the issue. Since updating, when we raid out to another streamer. It kills all audio on our computers. We can't hear the person we raided into, even if we close our browsers and reopen. We have to completely reboot.

Im tell you if your editong stuff for overlays on mobile thats gunna annoy the hell out of you. Since se website is a nightmare on phones. Since theres no adapting on pages for mobile webview. So your always switching between landscape and portrait mode. Id suggest edit overlays on pc website. Copy url to phone then import to whatever streaming app you will use on mobile. Hey guys, I have a problem with the OBS Plugin SE.live... after login in OBS into the Plugin I added a browser-source and copypasted the overlay-URL from streamelements into it. That works! But if I go to properties again, I don't see the button "open in streamelements-overlay-editor". I guess, the Plugin was installed in the right folder. What's wrong here?

no, Browser source has not been removed, Sudo was mentioning the "Open in Streamelements Overlay Editor" button that existed within the properties of a browser-source

idk where to put this but please add cashapp as an alternate method for donations. I'm havinn serious issues with PayPal where it won't let me pull my tips because I'm not "verified" but will not let me verify either. Tells me my phone number isn't supported then says it can't verify that it's me.

i wouldnt use playpal as a safe thing anyways. people can do chargebacks whenever they please. and paypal will put your balance in the negative. i hope SE use cashapp. its tons more reliable and dont accept chargebacks

it just puts off a wrong sensive on what the earnings were on a stream

we dont display the correct earnings because it changes from streamer to streamer and also from country to country. Since we cannot access the info on what each streamers earns, so we just show that Twitch shows us

Hello. Is anyone else having an issue with OBS being compatible with the new AMD drivers? After doing the update (I need it to run the Beta this weekend) as soon as I open OBS or StreamElements everything audio & visual lags including my mouse.

hey guys, I have a problem with my alerts.
I set them up correctly, when i emulate from streamelements the alerts shows in obs with no problem, but when i am actually live and someone follow me or something the alerts dont show up.
Any ideea why ? please, the support doesnt help me .
