I have never used a streamdeck. All I can really suggest at this point would be re-installing various things (SE addon for the streamdeck, OBS, and/or SE.Live) to see if it fixes things. But I can't guarantee that would fix anything. :/

Yo does anyone get this issue from time to time and know how to fix it? Ive rest and duplicated my overlay but only taking an entirely fresh overlay causes the assets to reappear. Basically things go fine until one day none of the long bars appear although on the stream elements website editor they are there and also there on the preview. Hello there. Just wondering whether anybody is able to help me out with a problem. My notifications for hosts are not showing up when I go live on stream on OBS, but they are whenever I emulate them via the overlay on StreamElements. We have already tried to set up a separate notification box via creation of a new browser source. We have also changed some of the settings in OBS itself. However, this did not resolve the issue. I am just wondering whether there might be anybody who might be able to help me out with resolving this problem? I'd really appreciate it.

Bumping my message from yesterday, since my issue was not addressed. Can someone let me know if this is fixable, a known issue, or otherwise? Thanks: Is there a way for the Sub Goal widget overlay to properly display your current total Sub Count/Sub Points and not just a cumulative number of Subs from all-time since you turned on the widget? Or do I have to manually change the number in my session data every time I go live? In my session data, it looks like the widget is currently pulling the number from "subscription goal progress" which is a number for all-time, rather than the correct number I want, which is "total subscribers", under "totals".

No I want the goal, but right now the number of "current subscribers" just keeps counting up, which makes it inaccurate. It doesn't actually display my correct current total number of subscribers. For example, I had a total number of 25 subscriptions all-time on my account, but only 18 current subscribers. But the goal shows 25 instead of 18.

The built in bar is only able to read the "Sub Goal" (the one that is manually reset). The custom widgets can still have a goal bar but read the data, such as subs this session (stream), week, month, and total (active).

Unfortunately we don't have support for Twitch Studio, so i'm not sure why it isn't playing the alerts as it should. I would look into the hardware acceleration functions of that app to see if they are enabled

Hello. Firstly, thank you all for being so helpful! It is appreciated for a newbie like me. Secondly, I am hoping someone might be able to help me with something?
I am streaming on OBS, and am using streamelements for my overlay etc.

My new follower alert when I stream is playing an incorrect audio clip. For reference:

1. I have opened streamelements and correctly added the proper audio clip to the follower alert, twice
2. I have removed the source in OBS and readded it using the url provided by streamelements, twice
3. I have even removed the incorrect clip from my personal PC and ensured that only the proper is there
4. The alert when tested in streamelements works fine, but does not work when live streaming

Any thoughts, suggestions, or feedback?

The only thing that I can recommend otherwise is try reconnecting your twitch to Stream Elements and then redoing the audio clip portion. If that doesn't work I would wait for an actual support team member to reach out. This is just things I have tried from my own problems with Stream Elements

My subs and myself can use it, but when my moderator who is also a sub tries to use it she gets an error saying it's restricted to subs only. How do I fix this? Maybe there is some thing I need to check to allow both moderators and subs? But I thought mod tier was higher then Sub tier anyways?

Hey all, I’m looking for a little help. When adding any widget in the editor nothing shows up. I tried a custom one along with other ones and none seem to work. It will show the box size and all the settings on the left but nothing in the preview. Also it isn’t showing any stats for my account on the dashboard, everything is at 0. It will depend on which widget you are adding. For example, alertbox will only show something when an event happens.
Click on "Layers" on the left side to check what you have added

(by the way, when you take screenshot of your overlays, remove the address bar from the screenshot, I removed the images you sent for safety reasons)

So I had this "issue" the other day where I was trying to use the alert box in SE, I followed all the basic instructions of using the URL from stream elements, emulated and tested it from SE but when it comes to the live itself "after saving and closing the browser" I don't hear the notification on my OBS.Live. Has anyone here experiencing the same issue? If you have your solutions to the problem please do let me know.

Hi I am trying to figure out the reason for my issue. Since a few days now, when someone is following my channel, subscribing, raiding.... The alert is displayed 30sec later after seeing the alert in my OBS panel
Do you know what could cause this?
The first streams were working like a charm, no delay on the alerts, but strangely now I have this sometimes (a couple of alerts don't have delay, i don't understand why)

To add your overlays to OBS, add a new browser source in your scene. Paste your overlay URL in the browser source properties, set the dimensions to 1920x1080 (unless you changed them on the website) and check Shutdown source when not visible.

Well, alias are commands as well, so they will be trigger only if the users type !hi, !hey, !yo or !oi.
I believe you want the bot to send the message when people type hi without the exclamation mark, right? If so, remove those aliases from there and put them on keyword field (right below)

I believe thats related to recent Twitch API updates. They deprecated parts of their API to upgrade it and change some tweaks to there system. As a result alot of the info has become lost since most of that info were pulled from Twitchs servers

Hello. I am getting ready for my stream, but my media requests feature is suddenly not working on my stream Deck anymore.
Clicking the "Media Req Widget" button refuses to turn on, and the play, pause, etc buttons do not do anything. I have updated the stream deck software and am not sure why this is happening.

If you're hearing it but its not coming through on stream, it sounds like it's playing in "Monitor" mode, and may be an OBS thing with your source. Check to make sure it's not muted, as a start. 👍

If your commands recently stopped working and you're using SE.Live and a custom bot name do the following:

1. In SE.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/re4theQ.png).
4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

I'm trying to install a sound panel on my extensions, but every time I go to my extensions page to configure it to a panel, it just gives me an endless spinning circle that never stops loading. All the other extensions I got configured instantly, but it doesn't like sound alerts or some reason.

Hmm, this is on the Twitch webpage, correct? You're right, not related to SE.
But if I can suggest something, here it is:

• Try to logout from Twitch website and click on the lock icon next to the address bar. Click on cookies and remove all from there and try to install the extension again.
• If that doesn't work, try with another browser.
• Also, try to disable all plugins and extensions you might have in your browser. Sometimes an extension blocks some interactions with a page.

Hi! I wanted to use the Overlay (Rotating Event List) on my stream. But none of my recent events (Except the followers) are showing even tho I linked my Twitch account.
So what I did; I logged off and on a couple times; did'nt work. So I did the ultimate resolution; deleted the streamelements account with the long code (can't remember what it's called) and created a new one.
Now, nothing at all appears in the event list, just like if it was'nt grabbing at all the informations from Twitch.

I’ve got the same issue on my streamelents page on web browser, not only in OBS.

i checked on reddit and someone said "They'll ask for your twitch username and get in contact with a dev who will fix the issue for you in about 30 seconds.

If it's the same problem, something on their end misses a connection between your account and the alerts triggering. They just need to re-establish this and it should work again going forward. "

Well, if you created a new one, nothing will appear on the event list because there is no information. It would appear after you start streaming and receiving new followers/subscribers, etc. Have you started streaming since you created the new account with SE?

The things will start populating when you start receiving followers/subscribers/bits/donates. it doesn't have to do with the streaming part itself. So next time you have new followers, they will appear

Hi! I've been having trouble with my SE Leaderboard extension for the past few days and I'm going crazy trying to fix it on my own. I set up the extension earlier this week and I'm not sure if I did something wrong but every time one of my viewers tries to authorize the extension to use their Twitch ID, it uses mine instead. I don't have any loyalty points associated with my account obviously so it won't let anyone redeem any of my store items. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the extension but the problem is still there. Is this a SE issue or a Twitch issue?

I have an issue... When i only start soundtrack and stream there is the "VOD" audio source in my mixer as it should be. But if i check the VOD afterwards the sound is doubled. (sound is fine in the live feed)
Only way to fix this was by muting the "VOD" audio source.
But since OBS doesn't save the setting for muted audio source i have to do this for every stream...

i think you misunderstood my issue, the toplist points is correct but when people want to buy something from the store it says they don't have enough points because it seem stuck at 500 for some reason, the value below the profile pic in the top right corner, I gave myself 20k and me and other suddenly have 20.500 points in that value, completely different from their real currency

I'm having the exact same problem with my extension! One of my viewers redeemed 6 items the other day and each one was under my name and took points from my account. From what I understand, this is because that viewer didn't have their Twitch account synced with SE I think? So each person that wants to use the extension has to be synced with SE? Seems like your account wasn't properly created when you signed up, your best option is to request an account closure https://streamelements.com/dashboard/account/security which will submit a request to the developers to delete the account on your behalf. This can take a few days, however once it is deleted you should be able to create a new account that should work properly.
