it could be that the browser source is pretty cached. it's not 100% a solution but it might help.
you can try it next time you're seeing issues
in OBS Right click on the Browser Source > Properties > Scroll down > Refresh Cache of current page
and then from your activity feed reload your overlays

also make sure hardware acceleration is on
OBS -> Settings -> Advanced -> scroll down -> enable Hardware Acceleration (This does not apply for OBS on Mac)

will require restarting OBS I believe

so make sure it's on pre-stream

• from the Overlay Editor > Session data on top right (monitor symbol) > Goals tab > reset progress of desired goal
• from the Dashboard > Activity feed on the left > Widget data on the right > Goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal

Note: Goal widgets (progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you lose followers/subs.

You can add, remove and make changes to custom commands in chat with !command/!cmd flags:

Follow these steps to grant managers/moderators access to your dashboard:

1. Click on your channel name at the top of the dashboard
2. Create a new invite at one of three access levels (Bot Supervisor, Editor, Full Control)
3. Send this invite to a mod/manager to give them access to your dashboard. The link is one-time-use and expires after 72 hours if not accepted

If your commands recently stopped working and you're using OBS.Live and a custom bot name do the following:

1. In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/re4theQ.png).
4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

Hey guys, I'm finding that when someone raids me sometimes the host alert plays instead of the raid alert. Is it possible to turn off the host alert when it's part of a raid? I've done some Googling and it seems others are getting this problem too, but nobody I've seen has sussed it yet

So in the SE overlay there'll be a command to spin the wheel (probably !spin) - add a button which has the appropriate Twitch triggers you want, then add a command to that button which sends the spin command into chat

You'll want to show the source first

Then hide it again after X seconds once it's spun

Hi, I did setup 2 custom count variables, one called leitplanke and the other called knutsch, but now some months later I can't seem to find the settings for those variables. When I do !editcount leitplanke 0 or !editcount knutsch 0 both woud work and reset but I can't remember what I did to set those up. I tried to go through all settings but found no references. Also what are the other possible commands for counters apart from "!editcount <id> x"?

The !watchtime command is directly tied to the Loyalty system. The Loyalty system must be enabled for viewers' watchtime to count up.
To enable Loyalty, please go to the Loyalty section of your account: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/loyalty
Watchtime counts up every 10 minutes alongside Loyalty points, and only while the stream is live. Reruns will not be counted.
Please note that watchtime is not tracked by Twitch and there is no way to retroactively apply past watchtime to viewers.

Hmm the wireframes seems to appear for me! Is it not loading at all for you? There are two things to be aware of that might help:

1. when selecting a hype cup in the editor to customise, make sure to select a static glass cup, not one of the animated ones (I think by default it's currently the santa one). if you try to customise the santa one the wireframe will ***freak ***out because it's calibrated to the santa video and not regular images. you'll need to select one of the glass cups to customise instead

2. you will need to use the exact same image as the foreground/background that you uploaded to the pype tool, otherwise the wireframe coordinates won't match up properly because the images need to be same size. if the foreground needs to be transparent (which is the usual case) you could make a transparent image with the same dimensions to overlay on top

SE media player currently seems to be bugged for some people, not sure if its for everyone. But randomly yesterday or the day before that, it seems like the autoplay feature doesn't work and it will force you to hit the play button manually for any new media to play even when the autoplay slider is showing autoplay 'on'.

Due to changes to Twitch API, we have filtered out hosts and will only show these ones on your activity feed:

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline

Note: If you see X channel has hosted you with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.

• from the Overlay Editor > Session data on top right (monitor symbol) > Goals tab > reset progress of desired goal
• from the Dashboard > Activity feed on the left > Widget data on the right > Goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal

Note: Goal widgets (progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you lose followers/subs.

obs.live isn't letting me use a custom bot name. It might be because of a name change I did a while ago that I never updated but not sure. It used to work but it doesn't anymore. And it says that all the steps are done its just that when I sign in to the bot account, it doesn't work.

2. In the Target field, add the following to the very end: --remote-debugging-port=40404 (don't forget to add a space before the current path)
3. Open OBS (or restart if it was open)

5. Click on StreamElements - Activity feed
6. Navigate to the Console tab
7. Type the following into the console and hit enter: store.customBot.removeCustomBotIntegration()
8. Try setting the custom bot name
9. Remove the additional flag in step 2 from your shortcut properties.

How to separate Media Request (MR) audio in OBS:

MUTE MR FOR YOURSELF, STREAM CAN HEAR

1. Make a new overlay in the editor, ONLY add the Media Request widget.
2. Add a new browser source in OBS, add the URL and set the dimensions correctly.
3. Tick the box for Control audio via OBS
4. Go to Edit > Advanced Audio, set your MR overlay to Monitor Off. Note: This will play through the Desktop Audio, if you mute your desktop audio, it will mute the MR.

CONTROL AUDIO SEPARATELY FROM YOU AND STREAM

1. For this you will need a VAC (use command !vac).
2. Run your MR either in Chrome or in Ground Control (use command !gc). Note: Do NOT click on SHOW ON STREAM.
3. Set Chrome or GC in the VAC as an audio input and output.
4. Add the audio output from VAC as an audio input in OBS. Note: This will not be able to show the video in OBS.

Hello again haha.. A while back we had this issue with no emotes being found on twitch for bingo.. it was fixed for a little bit and we didnt change anything. Its now giving us the same issue again

Prime Gaming (new and resub) and paid subscriptions (resub only) must be shared in chat manually by the person subscribing in order for the subscription information to be sent to StreamElements. For Prime Gaming, the user needs to have sharing enabled on https://www.twitch.tv/settings/prime. Everything looks normal. With subs you need to understand that events only happen when they announce it in the chat

Twitch might show you different data here if you look at the numbers
