specifically the text I have scrolls vertically from top to bottom, but when i stream. it is frozen and disappears.

@wicked forge We're not able to troubleshoot issues with using our overlays in StreamLabs OBS (SLOBS) as we don't have the tools to support their software. We recommend using OBS Studio or OBS Studio with our plugin OBS.Live.

• Merging accounts only allows faster ways to switch between accounts
• Merging accounts does not allow data sharing between accounts - different streaming platforms, different type of events
• Merging accounts allows duplicating/sharing overlays between the accounts

If you understand the limitations of merging and want to proceed, please find the JWT tokens (!jwt) from both accounts you want to merge and you will be directed to DM them to a staff member.

Hi Team! Have a weird issue that's cropped up on a channel I help manage. The owner reset the Twitch account password and since then we cannot change the game or stream title via the bot commands in channel. We get the screenshot error when we try.
We've parted the bot from the channel, rejoined it, remodded it. Reconnected to Streamelements with the new Twitch password. Reset the permissions to individuals who had permissions to manage the SE account for this channel. Even tried using the !settitle and !setgame commands from the channel account itself and it receives the same error. Is there something else to try or are we proper broken?

Hi guys, I have a small problem. I've created a small widget from scratch "Followers Goal". Everything seems fine, but the data (followers count is inaccurate). The widget shows 68 instead of 80.

• from the Dashboard > Activity feed on the left > Widget data on the right > Goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal

Note: Goal widgets (progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you lose followers/subs.

I want the item redemption alerts to stay at screen while the sounds play. I have items at the store with sounds of 5 seconds, 15 seconds, I also have sounds of 20+ seconds and at the widget settings I can only set a max of 20 seconds alert duration on screen.
So, basically I don't want to set a fixed amout of time for the item redemption alerts, but it would get the sound time to be the alert duration. I don't know if that is possible, but if it isn't, I would like this to be a suggestion for the team! c:

1. I want them to have a custom gif, for that, I can just upload it on the "Set Video" thing, right?
2. I want to test TTS but I'm not hearing anyting, also, is it possible to set it up so the alert duration is the same as the TTS?
3. If I wanted to make different alerts depending on the amount they tip, I would have to add a variation, right? But do I have to make it "At least" the amount I want and 100% chance? And that "at least" to what currency referes? USD? Or how do I setup that?
4. How do I link my alerts to my SE Pay thing?

Steps:

Note: After installing fonts, the browser and OBS must be restarted for the font to appear.

Note: Goal widgets (progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you lose followers/subs.

Changing the resolution doesn't change anything in the theme, it only changes the canvas.

Please understand that every setup will be very different.

Any guides or videos that claim otherwise are misinforming. Your best option is to start with a base and adjust as necessary.

You can run the OBS auto-configuration tool. To use the auto-config, click on the Tools menu in OBS, select Auto-Configuration Wizard and then just follow the on-screen directions.
You can use this tool to get baseline settings for your hardware and adjust as necessary from there.

Test, test, and test again. We are happy to offer suggestions for any issues you may be having afterwards, but not a list of settings.

Widgets are not standalone objects. Widgets are added to overlays, and overlays are added to OBS.

Opera GX and the new Microsoft Edge Chromium might work closest to Chrome as its also Chromium built. Firefox also works, but some things might look a bit different or not work. We do not recommend using Internet Explorer with our Dashboard as it does not support functions.
If the website doesn’t work on chrome, be sure none of your plugins are blocking our website or clear your cookies. You can try if the website works in a incognito tab.

WARNING: In submitting a closure request, all linked channels within the account will be deleted and you will lose all associated data. This includes overlays, custom commands, timers and past data (tips, subs, etc). You can still reconnect with the deleted account, but you are essentially starting fresh.

• Merging accounts only allows faster ways to switch between accounts

So, let me make sure I'm understanding this correctly. I can't just remove my test account to add my main account? I have been streaming on Facebook for awhile but wanted to give Twitch a shot, but I'd like to be able to keep all of my overlays and everything. Due to changes to Twitch API, we have filtered out hosts and will only show these ones on your activity feed:

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline

Note: If you see X channel has hosted you with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.

Hello ! I came to ask for help because I did some stupid things xD I have been using this bot for several months, at the time the Drangrybot went down. So I kept the points system (loyalty). I couldn't export my old data so I started from scratch. All that was missing was the donations that were not autonomous, since I am using Streamlabs. Today I wanted to link the 2, except that it mattered and everything added the points anyhow ... is there a way to go back, to untie? or to just bind, without taking into account donations? because there I don't even know if there were just the gifts, or donations + sub + gift etc. Thanks in advance 🙂

To reset goals:

• from the Overlay Editor > Session data on top right (monitor symbol) > Goals tab > reset progress of desired goal
• from the Dashboard > Activity feed on the left > Widget data on the right > Goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal

Note: Goal widgets (progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you lose followers/subs.

For Prime Gaming, the user needs to have sharing enabled on https://www.twitch.tv/settings/prime. Hello, I've got a question regarding KappaGen - I just want to use the Custom Emotes option (chat text translates to emote on screen) I don't want to have this happening with the emojis and emotes. @magic jungle I am working on my issue now - I'm using the variable data["follower-total"]["count"] to get my follower count, I have 997 followers so just got 2 friends to unfollow and refollow me to test and now it's 999, do you have any idea why?
