@strong kernel Sorry for the delayed response, but I had to continue the stream. Okay, it was super weird but here's what happened.

So stream elements wasn't detecting 100 bit cheers for a while. I changed my alert to be "more than 99 bits" and when the next person cheered 100 it worked. After changing it back to "exactly 100 bits" it continued to work.

The strangest part is that they also didn't appear in the streamelements activity feed. One picture is twitch's activity feed, and one is streamelement's. You can see the missing events. Just such a strange error.

Dropped Frames usually means that you have a bad connection with the streaming service(Twitch/Youtube/Mixer/Facebook) and most likely something related to your ISP not handling the connection properly.

OBS.Live is just that, a plugin for OBS Studio - we only add 3 docks to OBS and don't even touch the connection part.
That being said OBS Studio is very sensitive when it comes to connections and internet speed.

why watchtime does not work?

@granite goblet 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly.
There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

Tips done through StreamElements will not appear on a StreamLabs dashboard, no @lament blade

They will appear in your StreamElements activity feed and any alerts configured in your overlay via the alertbox will appear on stream if added as a browser source.

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
  Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.
  Note for Mixer streamers: The above 2 filters currently apply for Mixer and we are aware its actually not how Mixer hosts work. We do plan on changing it, but no ETA on when.

• Merging accounts does not allow data sharing between accounts - different streaming platforms, different type of events
• Merging accounts allows duplicating/sharing overlays between the accounts

There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

@short inlet 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly.
There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

Hi, In the Chat Alerts Module for Hosts and Raids, there is a box labelled "Viewers". I just assumed this was the minimum amount of viewers to trigger the chat alert, however whenever I enter a number other than 1, it does not save. Ik i'm not a staff but if you go to your dashboard on streamelements in the top right corner there is a button you can press that signs you out of streamelements

I am streaming tonight and I am hoping if someone can help me set up the Stream Elements Alert Box. I tried to do it on my own but the Alerts are not set in place correctly (Assuming some CSS has to be changed)

Let me know if someone has some time to check it out with me!

I made a custom overlay with a webm and a mp3 file. Apart from that when people follow and sub on my Twitch when I am live the alerts of SE don't show. Frankly enough when I test the widgets in SE they do appear on my stream

Gek indeed, just checked your twitch maybe to see if SE was mod, but thats not the thing.
If they are showing on the overlay editor and not showing when live, you can try to do this:

Yeah that's definitely a variation issue.

You can delete the variations already there then click "Add New Variation" then copy the default

And change the parameters.

The standard way I see it done is having at least 4 sub alerts. The default one plus three variations:

yeah so follows hosts etc, when i get them on twitch i get the notification from twitch but none of my elements alerts show

@kind crag Due to changes to Twitch API, we have filtered out hosts and will only show these ones on your activity feed:

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
  Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.
  Note for Mixer streamers: The above 2 filters currently apply for Mixer and we are aware its actually not how Mixer hosts work. We do plan on changing it, but no ETA on when.
