So today I had the problem where notifications wont show on stream, ended up getting fix by refreshing the link of the overlay. But now every time I start streaming or reopen Streamlabs OBS the same problem happens and I need to refresh the link

We're not able to troubleshoot issues with using our overlays in StreamLabs OBS (SLOBS) as we don't have the tools to support their software. We recommend using OBS Studio or OBS Studio with our plugin OBS.Live.

This is the number, dependant on the time frame. It does not show your actual count, as it only counts up and never down.

  • from the overlay editor -> data on top -> goal tab -> reset progress of desired goal
  • from the dashboard -> activity feed on the left -> widget data on the right -> goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal
    Note: Goal widgets(progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you loose followers/subs

@vestal belfry Due to changes to Twitch API, we have filtered out hosts and will only show these ones on your activity feed:

  • All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
  • Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
    Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.
    Note for Mixer streamers: The above 2 filters currently apply for Mixer and we are aware its actually not how Mixer hosts work. We do plan on changing it, but no ETA on when.

The Import > StreamLabs is for your alerts and tips.

There is an option for Import > Ankhbot/Streamlabs which is Streamlabs Chatbot (which is a program you've installed on your computer). You would import files kept locally on your computer from Chatbot.

If you're using Streamlabs Cloudbot (which you manage only from the StreamLabs website) then as far as I know StreamLabs does not have a way that you can export points from it.

@clear arrow Due to changes to Twitch API, we have filtered out hosts and will only show these ones on your activity feed:

  • All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
  • Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
    Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.
    Note for Mixer streamers: The above 2 filters currently apply for Mixer and we are aware its actually not how Mixer hosts work. We do plan on changing it, but no ETA on when.

WARNING: In submitting a closure request you will delete both linked accounts and loose all data from both accounts. This includes overlays, custom commands, timers and past data(tips, subs, etc). You can still relogin with the deleted account, but you are essentially starting fresh.
