@lofty moth Dropped Frames usually means that you have a bad connection with the streaming service(Twitch/Youtube/Mixer/Facebook) and most likely something related to your ISP not handling the connection properly.

1. Press Win+R to open the Run dialog
2. Type in: %APPDATA%\obs-studio\crashes and press Enter

So, basically there is this super cool feature in Streamlabs obs. There is an overlay chatbox that appears on your monitor while you stream a game. Making it a lot easier to track chats while I am playing. Is this feature exists in StreamElements ?

@eternal compass 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly.
There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

so the connection to the internet is the issue, not the settings? because i have ethernet with around 2 mbgs upload speed. i have the server set to the closest one to my location. the delay just came one day when i was streaming, the settings were not changed, nor servers, it just came right up on my doorstep. (metaphorcally)

You were already told. Your own connection is only one part of the equation. It's also to do with the server itself, and the path between you and the server. A speed test does not tell you anything, as it sources multiple connections to provide you with a number.

Also, Twitch will always continue where it left off after buffering. This is by design. It won't jump back to the most recently received timestamp.

@bronze oracle Consoles do not have native support for overlays. You would need a capture card and a PC with OBS in order to have Overlays over your console gameplay.

Hey, there! 🙂 Need some help with a custom command. I've recently set up a whitelist for the "Regular" user group and I'd like a command for my viewers, which they can type in chat to find out if they are a "Regular". So far I've come up with using the ${user.level} viarable but it only shows the user level number in chat (100 = Follower, 300 = Regular and so on). Is it possible to make a command that automatically answers with "Regular" instead of showing the 300 number? And if so, how would I be able do to that? Thanks in advance! 🙂

@north solstice 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly.
There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

1. if they redeem another sfx that is available to everyone first, the sub only sfx seems to work
2. I notice it happens when someone hasn't been chatting for awhile, and then try to redeem it.
   I don't know if those 2 things are coincidental or not.

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
  Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.
  Note for Mixer streamers: The above 2 filters currently apply for Mixer and we are aware its actually not how Mixer hosts work. We do plan on changing it, but no ETA on when.

@wary beacon first thing that comes to mind is: maybe they didn't share the sub / resub in the chat and it didn't get send to SE?

Twitch prime (new and resub) and paid subscriptions (resub only) must be shared in chat manually by the person subscribing in order for the subscription information to be sent to StreamElements. For twitch prime, the user needs to have sharing enabled on https://www.twitch.tv/settings/prime.
